Once we have received your message, we will contact you by ‘phone, text, or email to arrange an initial assessment appointment.
Before the appointment, we will ask you to complete some screening questionnaires.
The purpose of the assessment is to find out whether Low-Cost CBT can help.
Once your assessment is complete, and it looks like we can help, you will be allocated to one of our trainees for up to 24 sessions.
